Nestled at the end of a private road, your lupine estate boasts a gardeners-haven cozied up against Snowmass Mountain. Inside you will find four floors laid out for a multitude of uses. On your entry-level there is a media room that can be converted into a bedroom with pull-out queen XL-sized sofa bed and ensuite bathroom as well as two additional bedrooms: each with a set of twin beds and connecting bathrooms. Travel upstairs to discover the kitchen with Garland 6-burner gas range and ovens, dining room, and living room with wood-burning fireplace. Walk outside to access the in-ground hot tub and expansive backyard that opens to the Funnel ski run above the midway station of Elk Camp Gondola. Moving upstairs again you will find a second, larger living/family room with piano, seating area, and wood-burning fireplace; a queen-sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom and covered deck, and a half-bathroom. On the top floor you'll find the primary bedroom with king-sized bed, gas fireplace, deck, and views stretching across the expansive yard out to the ski run; as well as another king-sized bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Your exterior paradise is what makes this home truly special. In the summertime, every outdoor area boasts the sounds of running water from one of many streams that pass by the property. The lush greenery of meadow dappled with aspens and wildflowers travels up Snowmass Mountain - you don't gaze out at another home, but private expanse and nature. Guests have access to the entire property minus a few locked homeowner closets. The greenhouse is not accessible.

Boutique Mountain Homes is a local management company that takes care of and monitors this space so we can offer you maximum privacy but be there when you need us!

Located directly on Snowmass Mountain with access to Funnel ski run above the midway station of Elk Camp Gondola.

A vehicle is needed to access the property and AWD/4WD is required in times on snow and variable weather.

PLEASE NOTE:

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days and you will be sent an additional cleaning fee through the Resolutions center for each 14 day period you are at the home. For example: 15-28 night stay = cleaning fee x 2. If you would like the home cleaned more than every 2-weeks, please reach out to us to pay and schedule this service.

- If you book this space for 30+ nights, we require an additional insurance policy payment for your longer stay of $400 that will be sent to you through the Resolutions Center.

- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. There is a $1000 pet fee for every 7 nights at the home. Airbnb is only able to charge for the first 7-nights so, if you book for over 7 nights, we will send you the remaining pet fee through the resolution center after booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $5000 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, your will receive a fine (detailed in the House Rules section of Airbnb).

- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
