Located in the Satank neighborhood in Carbondale proper. Satank is a unique area that offers a peaceful setting on the edge of town with great views and quick access to Highway 82.

We recommend traveling by car to access all of the Roaring Fork Valley, however the RFTA bus is nearby and can be used to access all of the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond!

PLEASE NOTE:

- This space has many high-end furnishings and linens, we appreciate you being conscious of them during your stay!

- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days and you will be sent an additional cleaning fee through the Resolutions center for each 14 day period you are at the home. For example: 15-28 night stay = cleaning fee x 2. If you would like the home cleaned more than every 2-weeks, please reach out to us to pay and schedule this service.

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, your will receive a fine (detailed in the House Rules section of Airbnb).

- If you book this space for 30+ nights, we require an additional insurance policy payment for your longer stay of $120 that will be sent to you through the Resolutions Center.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
